Wedding Packages
Packages start at $45 per person dinner plus gratuity of 22%. If you want to dine during regular restaurant hours, in the dining room,
and do not require additional services, and do not need private dining room, we may waive the facility fee for 50 persons or less. 
Facility fees for 50 and up range from $1,000 to $4,500.
We cannot accommodate events in July and August on weekends as our restaurant is open to the public and
reservations for lodging guests are well in advance. 
Facility fees are $1,500 for the dining room November through April. 
$2,500 September October May and June  
$3,500 July and August  (not including the Terrace)

Weddings at The Terrace Inn

The Terrace and 1911 Restaurant offers 38 guest rooms with private baths,and on-site full dining restaurant with Dining Room and Full Bar. All food is freshly prepared on site by our staff.

Dining Room

 The Dining Room can be reserved for your event.  This elegant space can accommodate up to 125 guests. Facility fees include use of the furnishings, linens, place settings, glassware, professional service, layout, preparation and clean up following the event.  It does not include decorating or coordination of photographers, florists or other services, however we are happy to provide resources to you. 
Your contract will include specific time of rental and access to this room.
Fees start at $500 for a small private group off-season to $5,000 in season for 100 or more guests.
Additionally, you can rent rooms for lodging guests and a group discount may apply. 
There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor for guest use.  These are NOT ada compliant.
A ramp can be put at the front porch on Glendale for the small number of steps up to the Lobby. 

The Terrace is available for rent May through October (as weather dictates). 
The restaurant is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday mid-June through Labor Day.
September the Restaurant hours are Wednesday through Saturday.
It is not available mornings as breakfast is served to our lodging guests until 11 a.m.
The Terrace is in high demand so rental may not be possible in July and August.
(It may be available during the day until 5 p.m.) Fees for terrace will be $3,500 up

Events must end by 10:45 p.m. Live music must be discussed and approved in advance.
Smoking and Drugs are prohibited at all times.  Alcohol is to be purchased from the Terrace Inn and guests must show
proof of I.D. (21 is minimum age in Michigan). Bay View Association owns the grounds and a Quiet Hour Ordinance is in
place.  Parking is on Glendale and Fair View St.
A deposit to secure your event is required and payment plans can be arranged with final payment day of event.  Cancellation notice is 90 days.  Deposit will be forfeited if less than 90 days is given.

Dinners can be plated up to 100 guests.  Buffet is an option for 50 or more guests. 
Pricing is per plate and menu is based on our current seasonal menu.  This goes for the dinner menu, appetizer and dessert menu, however additional items can be ordered (see our list of appetizers). 
Our manager Belinda Plank will assist you.  For example, a 75 person dinner may have 3 entree choices,
1 or 2 salad choices, and 1 or 2 dessert choices. 
Getting orders in advance is crucial as we order food and prepare fresh from scratch. 

Our 38 rooms include private baths, cable TV, WIFI, breakfast and housekeeping.
We highly recommend securing rooms during your event so you have access before and after to enjoy the area as well as a place to gather and enjoy one anothers company. 
Events of 75 or more quotes will include the Garden Apartment below the Dining Room, adjacent gathering room and 2 additional bathrooms.
