From our quiet location atop a bluff overlooking a scenic park, 1911 Restaurant offers casual fine dining to the public year-round. Our restaurant is located inside the Terrace Inn and offers an exceptional dining experience designed by Executive Chef, Andy Carlson. The menu always features seasonal, locally sourced ingredients prepared entirely on-site.

Daily Breakfast
In addition to our amazing dinner options, 1911 Restaurant also serves a daily breakfast from 8am to 10am. This is complimentary to all guests staying at the hotel, and is open to the public for $18 per person.
Daily offerings vary, but always include a freshly prepared egg dish, pastries, cereal and granola options and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and juice are also included.
Introducing Chef Randy Hopkins
Chef Hopkins’ culinary journey began in the gardens of his grandparents' home, instilling in him a lifelong respect for seasonal ingredients and handcrafted food. His career has taken him across the country—from Portland, Oregon, where he trained under James Beard Award-winning chefs, to leading kitchens in the U.S. Virgin Islands, North Carolina, and Southern Michigan. Now back in his home state, Hopkins brings deep roots and refined technique to the Terrace Inn’s dining experiences.
