Rooms & Rates
Cottage Rooms:Cottage Rooms have either 1 Queen or 2 Twin-size beds, private bath with shower, clock radio, air conditioning, and some have a cable modem. These are meant for double occupancy only. Rooms 201 and 202, 206 and 207, 306 and 307 can adjoin. Adjoining rooms have a door between the rooms that locks.
*Peak Season: June 1 through Labor Day (Sept 6, 2010)
**Quiet Season: Sept 6 - May (The Terrace Inn is closed in March)
Prices based on Single or Double Occupancy.
Please add 8% tax to all rates.

"We very much enjoy the Terrace Inn. Have been there at least 4 times over the years. We enjoy just walking through the historic neighborhood and then of course shopping in Petoskey. It is very calm and relaxing and we also enjoy eating there."
