A lightly breaded chicken breast, with mushroom ragout, a Michigan cherry cream sauce, with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable $10 and $17

A savory rubbed chicken breast with zing, cooled with fresh mint And cilantro yogurt sauce, with roasted tomato saffron jam, couscous and vegetables $17

Chicken Marsala:
A scaloppini breast, sautéed mushrooms and linguini, with a Seasonal vegetable covered in marsala buerre rouge $10 and $17

Puttanesca:
An old Italian recipe-Kalamata olives, artichokes, tomato, capers, onions, And garlic are sautéed with linguini, olive oil, white wine and a touch of butter $14

Flat Iron Steak:
Grilled then sliced along-side roasted red skins, and julienne vegetables Topped with a merlot reduction sauce $19
